Access & feedback

Three ways to reach us, depending on what you need.

1. Request beta access

Free, and we set you up the same day. Five questions — the last one matters most, because it becomes the first thing we make work for you.

We reply within one business day. No newsletter, no sequence, no sales calls you did not ask for.

2. Report a bug or suggest something

If you already have Skeg installed, do it from the terminal where the annoyance happened. It shows you exactly what would be sent, and it never includes your code, paths, branches or prompts.

$ skeg feedback bug "pr guessed the wrong ticket"
$ skeg feedback suggestion "let me skip the size cap on docs-only changes"
$ skeg feedback # asks you for one line

Not installed yet, or would rather write? feedback@skeg.dev. Include your version (skeg version) and platform if it is a bug.

3. Security

Vulnerabilities go to security@skeg.dev, acknowledged within one business day and assessed within five. Scope, out-of-scope and disclosure timelines are on the trust page; machine-readable policy at /.well-known/security.txt.

We would rather hear that something annoyed you in the first ninety seconds than find out three months later that you quietly stopped using it. Blunt is useful.
